    > Comprehensive descriptions as much as possible
  • That’s why it’s difficult for us to accept returns after the product has been delivered.
  • This is because accessories are classified as personal-use items, since they are worn directly on the body.
    It’s a matter of hygiene and protection for every customer receiving the product after you.
  • However, if a mistake happens on our side (such as sending the wrong model or color), we will replace the item immediately at our own cost, with no extra charges for you.
  • At Tohfa, we care about details, and you deserve to receive the right item in perfect condition.

  •  وده حرصًا على النظافة الشخصية، وحماية كل عميلة بتستلم القطعة بعدك
